"Inspected the unit and found several things wrong with the washer. Found that the gearcase and drive motor are both leaking and starting to grind. The agitator is no longer working, along with the shocks for the tub are worn out and causing the tub to hit the floor when full of water. This would not be a recommended repair."

Sam was great. He gave us background information which helped us understand why the washer was vibrating. He made recommendations to alleviate the problem and also ran Diagnostics to ensure their was no other problem. If we need service again, I'll absolutely request Sam.
