Inspected unit and found unit cooling but not freezing items. Found unit at around 36?. Compressor was running at about .66 amps. Found unit with leak in the sealed system. Sealed system leak is not repairable on chest freezers. Called assurant and spoke with Jeanette about this. Assurant is supposed to be reaching out within 3 business days.

"Inspected unit and found the unit not spinning or agitating at all. Took front panel off and found multiple socks, washcloths, and other items. Found a rag had gotten wrapped around the belt and caused it to come off the motor. Put belt back on unit and it spun up properly. All checks ok."

Installed new parts. All checks ok.
