Inspected the unit and found a failed control board and lower oven door latch. Provided estimate and the customer declined repair.

"Inspected unit and could hear a knocking noise whenever the cold water valve will shut off. Recalibrated unit ran multiple test cycles and found the cold water hose attached to the rear of the unit smacking the wall when the cold water valve would close. Pulled the unit forward and ran test and can no longer hear the loud knocking noise. Made adjustments to the hot and cold waterlines to prevent them from smacking on the wall. Showed this to the customer and could still hear some form of knocking noise in the wall and tech was not sure if this is a plumbing concern and recommend the customer consult a plumber. all mechanical tests, passed, recommended the customer use cleaning tablets on a regular basis, all checks OK."
