Inspected the unit and found that the control was in need of a factory reset. Also found that the main screw that holds the stator and rotor had come loose. Tightened screw. Reset control. Ran a test cycle. All checks ok

Inspected the unit and found that the whole back panel and drum has been compromised from factory. Heating element welded itself to the drum. Causing a fire hazard. Customer stated that they just received this dryer and it did this on the very first cycle. Unit is defective from factory. Customer states that he is going to get it replaced.

Inspected the unit and found a failed sealed system. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 A19676501 (Filter drier)

Inspected the unit and found that it was in need of a factory reset. Reset control. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK

Ran test found hot water shut off behind unit causing long fill. Turned hot water on and unit tested good
