Compressor running and very hot. Found the evaporator lines on the back of the refrigerator also frozen with ice. Recommended customer do a defrost for 48 hours to resolve issues.

Inspected the unit and found that the customer was washing small loads that could not be balanced out by the machine. Throwing the unit off balance. Did a test cycle with 8 towels and two hoodies. Unit reacted as it should from factory. All checks ok

Inspected the unit and found a failed drive motor system. Customer declined repair

Installed parts. All checks OK
