Inspected unit and found a failed heating element. Installed new heating element and ran a test cycle. After running for a few seconds hearf loud pop sound. Disassembled the unit and found the element shorted out due to touching against the casing. Made adjustments to the casing and installed new element. Ran a test cycle and found other issues. ; used 2 3387747 (ELEMENT) from stock

Adjusted the ice room and secured the fill tube heater called tech line spoke to Brandon file#7738864014

Inspected the unit and ran a diagnostics and found error code F8E1 regarding it taking longer than normal to fill the tub with water. Customer has a well pump and appears to have some air in the lines. Ran a diagnostic cycle and everything worked correctly.
