Inspected unit and found the drain line frozen again. Defrosted drain line and gave customer some advice to help with it freezing up. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found when spinning the tub by hand unit was very loud. Put unit into a spin and found it louder than it should be. This is due to the bearings going out on the unit gave customer quote for tub and gearcase. Customer declined repair.

Installed new parts. All checks ok.

Found the ice container with a crack in it allowing plastic to get in the ice as well as the blades to move when trying to crush the ice.
