Inspected the unit and found some frost on the interior packaging of the meat and the customer had frost on the trays. I advised the customer that the frost is from warm air getting into the freezer section probably due to the door not closing up properly. The door is closing up correctly now. All checks ok.

"Inspected the unit and found an error code UE for unbalanced load. Recalibrated the unit and level within rage for stability. Cleared code and tested suspension rod system, water valves, rotor and stator, drain pump, and the spin cycle on low, med, high without any issues. The noise level on the unit is within expectation from other LG designs serviced. Provided information on the units design and the lightweight suspension system. Large blankets and towel have a difficult time running completely through the cycle because it consistently goes off balance. Advised to make sure they are washing like items together. All checks ok."

Made adjustments to the temperatures and more than by adding some lubricant. Reset the control board and ran a test cycle and from the thermistor reading correctly and the fan running up to high speed. Unit is functioning properly and reset temperatures. All checks OK
