Inspected the unit and found the customer not using rinse aid on a regular basis. Provided information to the customer ran a test cycle and advise them to use rinse aid regularly.

Installed parts listed, all checked good

Found a loose wire harness at the control. Unit was throwing an F7E1 error code. After securing the harnesses no more error codes displayed. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found very weak cold water pressure. Found a faulty cold water valve. Replaced the hot/cold water valve and ran a test cycle. All checks good. ; used 1 W10869800 (VALVE) from stock

Installed glass cooktop sent by square trade. All checks OK. Customer is having issues with the breaker tripping even with the unit unplugged. Advised customer to continue having issues with it they need to have an electrician come out and repair the breaker.
