"Inspected the unit and found what looks to be some kind of handle to a drawer was under the basket. So when the weight of the basket came down on top of it, it would rub this obstruction and cause a loud noise. Removed the handle and ran a test cycle. All checks OK"

Inspected the unit and found that it was off level front to back and side to side. Adjusted the feet. Suspension checks ok. All checks ok.

"Replaced start device, let unit run and cool for 10-15 mins. Unit getting frost pattern. Appears to be ok, told customer to monitor 24 hrs let us know."
