Inspected the unit and found it full of water. Had to force door Shut to drain unit. Drained unit. Opened the door. Cleaned door boot off. Found tension ring. Installed tension ring. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK.

Inspected the unit and found a freon leak within the cabinet. Customer declined repair

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED9550WW1 Upon arrival found unit showing F70 error. Communication error between console and machine control. Removed top and inspected for loose connections. None found , harness is good. Cleared dust from machine control. Ran unit in timed dry to test. Unit is heating fine. Console dropped out completely at one point but unit was still running. Console controls are no longer available.
