Installed new compressor and recharged unit and checks ok

"Customer states that they were using the unit heard a pop, and then it started rattling and shaking badly. Removed door boot to inspect and found the upper counterweight broke free from the front of the tub as did the lower counterweight. The counterweight is hitting the front of the cabinet, causing the noise and causing the unit to shake. Unit is level and there are no signs of overloading. Installed all provided parts and verified correct operation. All ok.

Ice maker fill cup is not holding its position. It is warped from being misaligned. Unit needs ice maker. Added fill tube extension so the water wont leak past until when we return with ice maker. ; ordrng 1 241798233 (Ice maker)

Customer states the unit stopped cooling in the freezer section. It was making loud rubbing sound before this happened. Checked the control for error codes and found freezer defrost and freezer evaporator fan errors. The unit didnt defrost properly causing frost buildup around the evaporator fan. Forced fans on in test mode and all are operating correctly. Forced defrost heater on and watched for temperature rise. Defrost heater is operating correctly. The main control board is misreading temperature and preventing it from defrosting correctly. Th unit needs the main control. ; ordrng 1 WR55X44725 (Control board)
