"Inspected unit and found the unit not spinning in the spin cycle. Found when spinning, only the agitator was spinning. This is due to the drive hub being stripped. Attempted to get impeller off of unit to replace hub but impeller was seized on the shaft. Explained to customer the only way to be able to fix this is to break the impeller to get to the hub. Customer declined further repair."
