Customer stated will drain periodically but not always. Will have to shut down unit wait till cooled off and then will drain. Ran diagnostics and unit had suds error. Cleared error code and tested unit twice on fill and wash. Once started washing then it cancelled and let unit drain. Drained fine every time.
