We got the runaround so much from your ladies that answer the phone. No one seem to know when our parts were coming or from where. We waited almost 3 weeks without a refridgerator. The expense for us was not good, between losing food, dry ice, and bags of ice was almost $200. No one was willing to help with that. We will not use Authorized services again. Not that that will make a difference in your business. We are only one customer. However, your repair man, Shawn, was awesome.
Response from Authorized Service:
Teresa, Thank you very much for your feedback regarding your customer service experience with our company. We appreciate your kind words about Shawn as well. I apologize again that we had difficulty locating the part that was needed to complete your repair. Please feel free to call me at the office anytime if you would like to have further discussion. 937-252-3200 - Thank you! Marlise
Insurance report. Very thorough
Meggan - Dayton, OH
We had a dryer fire and needed a technician to check the appliance and attempt to determine the cause of the fire. Shawn called ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving, and was very professional and helpful. Once I explained the situation, he took the whole dryer apart to check what had happened, and then was able to explain what the probable cause was. Within an hour of him leaving, I was emailed a detailed report that I could send to my insurance company. I was very pleased. I will definitely use them again for my appliance repair needs.

We have been without a refridgerator going on 3 wks now. Service was done to start and 2 hrs after tech left the fridge went down again. We have had nothing but a run around to get someone back out here to fix it. our last conversation with them is now we are stuck waiting for wherever they can find the part. We have spent almost $200 on ice and dry ice trying to save our food.
Response from Authorized Service:
