Customer concern is that the pods are not melting and the wash is not getting all the dishes cleaned. Its also making a louder sound than it used to. I inspected a unit found that the wash motor had failed and was not allowing the bottom spray arm to spray the water so Im ordering a new wash motor assembly.; ordrng 1 00611322 (Aqua sensor) and 1 00751950 (Water switch) and 1 00615820 (Switch motor) and 1 12008381 (Heat pump)

Inspected the dryer and found a small piece of debris rattling when using. Removed debris and ran a test cycle. Noise is gone

Removed and replaced defective front bulkhead. Ran a test cycle. Dryer is functioning properly.

Customer states dryer was making a scratchy/grinding noise. Inspected the dryer ran through several cycles unable to hear any abnormal noises. Ask customer if noise returns to try to video. It advise the customer its possible that something got stuck between the felt padding.
