Washing machine is located in a medium sized room with porcelain tile and will resonate and increase any noises coming from the washer. I did notice the drive motor and drain pump were noiser than normal. Calibrated washer and ran a test cycle. All checks good."

"Upon replacing the dryer timer and thermostat customer had an issue with her lint screen not moving freely. Found the housing for the lint screen slightly damaged and was able to pull the dent out and fix the issue. Lint screen now moves freely. Upon replacing the thermostat, I noticed a wire was not connected, causing customers issues with long drying cycles and functions on the timer not working properly. Replaced timer and thermostat, unit is working properly."

There are two things I would like to share about this. First of all, I bought my appliance at big Sandy’s and bought their extended warranty. Their extended warranty is the best. When I experienced a problem with my new dryer not shutting off, the repair was easy to submit to big Sandy’s and very quickly Authorized Repair got in touch with me. They were very easy to work with to get scheduled to come in and do the repair. Kirby is the technician that came to my house and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my dryer, including a part that was damaged in the assembly of my dryer. He took the dryer vent apart and straightened it out which allowed the dryer vent basket to be used easily. Big Sandy’s and Authorized repair have a five star rating with me. I highly recommend.
