"Removed and replaced icemaker, facia heater, control board, and water valve. Brand diagnostic testing harvested and filled icemaker. Icemaker is no longer leaking water."

Inspected the refrigerator and found the icemaker completely blocked up with ice due to water over filling ice tray; ordrng 1 W11658802 (Ice maker) and 1 W11741469 (Fascia heater) and 1 W10843055 (Control board) and 1 W11482383 (Water Valve)

"Removed and replaced defective dryer inlet valve. Customer does have water lines for steam hooked up at time of service. Unable to test. Customer to reconnect water line to dryer. Tested, dryer is functioning properly."

"Inspected the dryer and found the water inlet valve solenoid stuck open, allowing water to continuously run through. Ordering water inlet valve. ; ordrng 1 137544800 (Dryer inlet water valve)"

Both the customer and I thoroughly inspected and was unable to recreate the small leak. Advised to take a pic if customer is able to find leak.
