Found a faulty display and front black panel. Replaced. All checks ok.

Spoke with the customer regarding issues and ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 5304538607 (Display board) and 1 5304533886 (Overlay)

Installed parts and ran a test cycle. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found the control beeping constantly and not responding. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 WB27X48607 (Control) and 1 WB07X47345 (Overlay)

Inspected the unit and found it oversudesing and a knocking noise in the water lines when shutting off. Provided information to the customer and recommended. They cut down a detergent usage and use the clean tablets on a regular basis. Also recommended the water hammer arrestor that you can install on the back of the waterlines to cut down on the backfill to the water pipes. All other checks OK.
