Found the lower insulation flap at the bottom of the door damaged. Ordering part. ; ordrng 1 00746519 (Seal) and 1 00774391 (Door outer)

Installed parts listed, all checked good

"Inspected the unit and found the drain pumped defective in the gear case making grinding noise and spinning uncontrollably and not attaching to the basket. Gearcase cracked, not separating from the tub assembly. Found grease leaking on the underside. Not a recommended repair.; ordrng 1 AEN74532608 (Gearcase) and 1 AHA75673404 (Drain pump) and 1 Xxxx (Tub assembly ( not a serviceable part))"

Inspected unit and found the door latch harness become disconnected. Secured harness and ran test cycle and found no other issues. All checks OK.

"Customer concerned with the box leaking when moving it. Assisted the customer in moving the box into the home and the customer open the dishwasher box. Technician could find no leaks or damage to the unit. Advised the customer, unsure of where the water wouldve been coming from but could find no defects with the unit. All checks OK."
