"Inspected the refrigerator and found the wiring harness on the bottom of the freezer door broken. Repair was made once before and has now failed again. Advised the customer the freezer door would have to be replaced, gave customer a quote to replace freezer door customer denied repaired this time and is going to contact whirlpool and try to get the part covered."

"Inspected the washer customer complaint noise when agitating. Found change caught between the agitator and basket. Removed change, calibrated washer and ran a test cycle. All checks good"

"Removed and replaced defective water inlet valve. Ran a test cycle, all checks okay."

"Inspected the washing machine and found the drain pump running continuously and lid locked. Customer has drain hose installed 8 high causing water to back feed into machine causing continuous draining. Recommend either lowering drain exit or a back flow valve due to excessive height. Ran diagnostics, tested acutator, drain lock, agitation and spin. All checks okay. Also found machine not leveled. Leveled and ran a test quick wash, all checks okay."
