SR#7741096447 check unit over and found unit needs new compressor. Unit is about 30 to 35 years old. No tag is available. Reached out to Whirlpool Third Party and document information.

"When I arrived, I turned the unit on to try to start a cycle. The drain pump was running constantly, so I used my shop vac and sucked out anything that mightve been in the drain tube. I also removed the drain filter and sucked out any debris and water that may have been coming out of that area as well tested the unit unit started up. I set it on a self clean cycle because there was a tab in there for cleaning. Customer will let me know at the end of the cycle and after she washes a load, what the performance of the unit is problem rises again we have to order a drain pump."
