Case#23999336. Arrived and inspected unit not the unit had a massive amount of grease buildup under it and also making a terrible grinding noise. Someone has completely stripped out the nut on the bottom of the pulley trying to either tighten it up or take it off. I spoke with Whirlpool third-party and informed us this needs to go back to the service company. Who did the prior work due to the damage they've caused to the lower poly assembly. She transferred this back to the servicer.

I really didn’t appreciate being told that I just don’t know how refrigerators sound these days. This is our second brand new fridge in 5 years, and our last “modern” fridge, which was the same style as this one, did not sound like this. Today, our fridge sounds even worse. There is now a new, even louder sound coming from the motor, and it won’t stop unless we unplug the fridge.
