I really didn’t appreciate being told that I just don’t know how refrigerators sound these days. This is our second brand new fridge in 5 years, and our last “modern” fridge, which was the same style as this one, did not sound like this. Today, our fridge sounds even worse. There is now a new, even louder sound coming from the motor, and it won’t stop unless we unplug the fridge.

If you do not believe this is correct, we recommend that you contact your manufacturer for a second opinion. They will gladly send another service company to do their own independent diagnosis.
