Scheduling our service was easy. However, the communication on the date and time was a bit confusing. I had down one time, they sent a text that we read as they were at the house the day before, but on closer inspection it said they’d be there the next day, but not at the time I had scheduled. After calling and clearing the time issue, they arrive as previously planned, fixed our handle and were very process in doing so.

We were amazed at how quickly Kirby was able to diagnose and provide the solution for our washer issue. And how quickly the parts were available and he was back to fix it.
