"Inspected the washing machine and found the lid lock not engaging. Inspected lock and found a hair clip blocking the latch keeping it from engaging, causing machine to not start."

Inspected the dryer customer states top of unit getting hot which indicates airflow issue. Upon examination found the vent hose in rear unit completely blocked with lint and water. Inspected the exterior vent and found it to be 100% blocked and full of lint and water as well. Advised the customer to contact landlord and have professional cleaning service come out and inspect the venting system. Dryer is heating and blowing proper air filter out of the rear of unit. Due to safety concerns that did not reinstall customers vent hose on the rear of the dryer.

"Removed defective control board, upper cavity door lock assembly, and upper outer door assembly. Customer to install handle. Set and ran oven to 350. All checks good."

"Inspected the refrigerator found the unit not cooling. Removed cover plate on control board and found the control board defective causing unit not to operate. Interior temperatures fresh food side 65? frozen section 60? degrees, has been above safe operating temperatures for more than 24 hours causing customer to lose all food stored in refrigerator and freezer. ; ordrng 1 W11595219 (Control board) and 1 W11566894 (Ui display) and 1 W11396715 (Evap motor) and 1 W11566892 (Bi metal) and 1 W11567494 (Inverter board) and 1 W11355319 (Defrost heater)"

Inspected the refrigerator and found the evaporator fan motor jammed causing cooling issues. Was able to make it run temporarily. Ordering evaporator fan motor and defrost timer ; ordrng 1 242219206 (EVAP FAN MOTOR) and 1 5304526183 (DEFROST TIMER)
