Inspected the unit and found the door dispenser not opening and binding up due to old detergent buildup. Clean the dispenser off and ran a test cycle. All checks good.

Inspected the unit and found the door hinge screws missing and bent. Removed the front cover and installed new screws and made adjustments to the brackets to allow the door to close properly. All checks good.

Inspected the unit and found that the damper motor door was sticking open due to not being installed correctly from the factory. Installed motor correctly. All checks OK
