Inspected the unit and found temperatures to be stable. And found everything functioning as it should from a factory. Customer stated that another company had come out and replaced several parts just this week. I explained to the customer that unfortunately we cant do anything initially because everything is functioning as it should with stable temperatures. And that we are unable to come behind another companys work. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found the door dispenser not opening and binding up due to old detergent buildup. Clean the dispenser off and ran a test cycle. All checks good.

Inspected the unit and found the door hinge screws missing and bent. Removed the front cover and installed new screws and made adjustments to the brackets to allow the door to close properly. All checks good.
