Kirby was very knowledgeable and professional about the issue that had occurred with our brand new dryer. He ordered the new parts for it before he left the house the first time. He also came back out and installed the new parts and tested the dryer before he left to make sure it worked properly. Thanks Kirby for all your time and hard work. Our dryer is still working, btw…lol.
