"Found the high limit thermostat tripped indicating airflow blockage. Reset thermostat and ran a test cycle, heating element was cycling properly. Internal temp on high 145deg 165 exhaust temps. Did not find any restrictions in the exhaust venting today. I did notice on the outside dryer exhaust vent. There is a small hand towel laying across the top of it and it looks like sometimes I shove it in there too. Keep cold air from coming back in. Its possible exhaust vent was blocked. Everything on a dryer is working properly today."

Inspected the washer and found the drive motor not functioning. All molex connections are in tact. Shifter is not shifting between agitate and spin. Inspected control board for burnt spots. Very satisfied !! I called on Monday Nov. 10 for an appointment and had an appointment scheduled for the next day Tuesday Nov. 11. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Kirby called 10 minutes before arriving for my appointment. After checking the ice maker he explained what the problem was and advised he had a new part with him if I wanted to replace the existing one which I did. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Thank you!
