"Inspected the unit and found the display board software not recognizing the correct program to run. Also found the main control board locking and unlocking the door and not recognizing when the door is locked. Was able to run a few test cycles and found water and grease leaking from the gearcase and tub area. Found the water valve leaking and the cold water button by the detergent, dispenser, damaged and not functioning. Attempted to remove the agitator from the basket and failed. The unit will need a complete tub replacement along with new control boards, water valves, and dispenser. Photos attached of grease covering rotor and stater under the unit. Inspected unit and found the ice maker solenoid would raise but not come back down keep unit in crushed mode. Ordering part. ; rqstng P&A on 1 241675705 (Solenoid)

Inspected the unit and found a sealed system leak. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 WR87X30875 (Filter dryer) and 1 WR87X43007 (Compressor)

"Checked unit over, found that the unit was heating, but was not drying and did not have any airflow. Customer said unit was making a terrible noise for several days when they were using it. The noise eventually stopped. But then it stopped drying. Disassembled unit and found that there was an obstruction inside the blower wheel, and while they had continued to use it, it eventually broke the blower wheel. Unit needs new blower wheel and motor assembly."

Checked unit over and found that the unit had an error code for a bad temperature sensor. Removed wall oven. Checked temperature sensor and found that one of the wires had melted, cut and repaired wire. Reinstalled oven. Checks OK.

"Found that the rear spray arm was not locked in place and was keeping the lower basket from going in and out properly. This was also causing the unit to leak. Reinstalled lower spray arm correctly and tested. Check OK."

Checked unit over unit was functioning with no issues. Customer said the unit was flashing a door code and would not let him start it. I opened and closed the door several times and let it run for multiple minutes. Could not get it to give me any codes.

Checked unit over found control shorted out and not sending power to motor. Model is completely worn. Tag pics and unit attached. Spoke with AHS and gave them info.

Found the customer had clothing wrapped around the lower pulley. Removed clothing. Checks OK

Inspected the unit and found that the splash shield for the door gasket was worn out. Replaced splash shield and ran a test. All checks good ; used 1 154701001 (SPLASH SHIELD) from stock

Inspected the unit and found the water filter leaking due to small debris around the O-rings. Cleaned out and ran several test. All checks good

Inspected the unit and found that the water filter was leaking from inside the filter and causing the water to taste bad. Removed the filter and found the interior of the filter damaged and leaking charcoal/filter content into the water. Issue had been here since the unit was purchased.

Inspected the unit and ran a diagnostic cycle and everything was in working order. Customer had some concerns about the new washer. Addressed the issues the customer had. All checks good
