"Removed power for 1 minute... put unit into diagnostics mode... checked error codes.. F7E1 error code. Unit fills, agitates and drains properly. Initially could not get unit to spin out in either diagnostics or drain and spin function. Customer said unit went through wash cycle and drained but never spun out. Unit was empty upon arrival. Checked all connections underneath, turned motor pulley by hand.... powered back on and was able to get unit to go in a drain and spin mode this time. When spinning, making a very loud roar assuming main seal or transmission going out. There is no leaks or visible damage.
