Inspected washer and found that the pressure hose was pinched at the connection to the outer tub causing restriction and overflowing of the washer. I rerouted the harness and was able to remove the pinched area. I then tested the washer by filling it with water after verification of the pressure hose being clear. Unit filled up with water and started agitation with no overfilling.
