Error codes stored are Ub and dC. Door lock is operating as it should. Unit got to speed fine in test mode. Inspected underneath and found no signs of broken or damaged wires. Nothing loose. The suspension is tight and rebounds to normal level. Spoke with customer and after discussion we believe it was just due to a large load. Advised customer on load size and loading to improve performance.

"Customer states that unit is going out of balance and will not spin. Checked for error codes and found Ub. This is an unbalanced error. This will prevent the machine from spinning. Checked the rebound of the suspension and it is worn. This is allowing the basket to move more than it should. Unit is getting to full speed but is extremely noisy. The bearings have signs of wear causing noise and additional resistance in the motor. This is also contributing to the out of balance issues. The unit needs the suspension set, transmission assembly, and wash plate. Wash plate does not want to remove easily from the transmission. Fresh food evaporator has some frost build up. Removed evaporator cover to inspect defrost drain and it is clear but fan is frosted up. Thawed ice/frost from evaporator fan and insulated discharge/suction line through liner. Reinstalled fan to verify it will come on. Fan is running but cover is saturated with water that it will refreeze the fan. Unit needs evaporator cover w/fan. ; ordrng 1 DA97-12608A (Evap cover w/fan)

"Customer states that ice maker is frozen up again. Checked for error codes and found 39C ice maker error. Ice box has been sealed up, y-clips have been installed, and water line has not been adjusted. New ice maker update kit was installed previously. Thawed ice maker and cycled to test. Ice maker cycled as it should but water splashed past the fill funnel. Adjusted water line and cycled ice maker again. All ok. Ice maker is functioning as it should. Water splashing caused the ice maker to freeze up. All ok."
