Installed new heater and cycled the unit. Did not get heat. Check the relay and tech is getting power out of the relay board. Took unit apart to double check the fuses and heater connections and noticed that the wire harness had caught fire. Due to the lighting and color of the black connection at the motor made it difficult to point out at the first time of service.
