Small amount of water can slow ice production. Adjusted water level and cycled to test. Icemaker is functioning as it should. All temperature sensors test good. Advised customer that this unit will take up to 48 hours to completely fill the bucket. 3 to 4 ice trays in 24 hours is normal production. All ok. If problem reoccurs it would be best to replace the icemaker.

"Customer states that the unit has hi temp warning for the freezer, ice maker isnt making ice, ice build up around the ice box, and the display glitches when the LH door is opened. Inspected unit and found the harness for the display shorting in the door. Cannot access harness to repair wire. This is causing the display to glitch/short. The ice box fan is not running. This is why it wont produce ice. Ice build up around the ice box is from a clogged defrost drain. Melt water from ice maker is backing up in the ice box and leaking out. It then freezes around the ice box. Checked all temperature sensors and they are good. The freezer is set to 0 but actual temp is 30. Evaporator fan is running. The control is shorting out causing unit to read hi temp. The unit needs the LH door, display, main pcb, and ice box gasket.; ordrng 1 5304531705 (LH door) and 1 5304528575 (Display) and 1 5304519196 (Panel) and 1 242119403 (Ice box fan) and 1 5303918784 (Air handler) and 1 5304531885 (PCB)"
