The issue will come and go and its hard to replicate. Ran several test cycles and was unable to get the unit to power off. Checked out the control board and the fuses and found no issues. Advised customer that if the issue continues to maybe have their outlet checked due to the week voltage getting to the unit. Also, the breaker is not being tripped. It just powers off and unplugging and plugging it back up will not turn it on until they give it 15 to 20 minutes and then it will come back on."

Took the unit apart and found purple wire to heater cut open and had grounded out causing the breaker to blow. Put electrical tape on the wire to cover the damage until I can get back to replace the harness. Also found damage on the back of the drum from the wire touching the drum.
