Customer concerned about a squeaky noise intermittently coming from the unit. Ran a diagnostics and a test cycle and found no error codes and the unit is heating good. Pulled up model number and checked Electrolux app for service pointers and found none that applied for this issue. Customer provided video of the unit making a squealing noise. Running the test cycles technician could not hear any abnormal noise. Provided information to the customer.
