Checked out the unit and found a large amount of ice buildup on the back wall inside the refrigerator section and the ice was coming out of behind the evaporator cover. Advise the customer to do a manual defrost for 48 hours to make sure all of the ice gets thawed out. Customer wanted us to steam it out instead. Removed all of the items inside the refrigerator and steamed out the ice on the out of the evaporator cover. Remove the evaporator cover and steamed out all the ice buildup and also steamed down through the drain line and the air channel going down into the freezer. Advised the customer there is portions of the airways. We cannot physically steam out upon removing the evaporator cover due to the amount of ice that had built up the top of the evaporator cover was cracked. Reassembled the unit.

Inspected the unit and found no error codes present. Ran control through a recalibration. Ran a test spin with around eight towels. Unit is functioning normally as it should from factory with no issues. I suggested to the customer to add towels in with a small load as this will cut down on vibration. All checks OK

"Checked out the unit and ran it through a test cycle and the unit completed the cycle, but during the spin cycle was very loud during a spin cycle. Took the unit backwards and remove the belt off the bottom of the washer and also remove the pulley off the bottom of the motor due to debris cot inside the pulley. Installed the belt and found that the cam gear nut had come loose as well. Tightened up the cam gear nut installed the belt and ran another test cycle. The unit completed the cycle and sounded much better. Checks OK"

"Checked out the unit and the customer stated that after they run a big cycle, there will be a loud popper cracking at the end of the cycle. And there was no noise coming from the display from the buttons. Did a factory reset on the oven and we were able to get the noise to come back at the display. Ran a bake cycle and the unit is heating up properly and found no noises coming from the unit. Ran a second convection bake cycle and also is working correctly. Check OK"
