Adjusted the cooktop burners for the customer and lowered the flame pattern to a simmer. All checks good.

"Inspected the unit and ran a test cycle. The unit filled up with water and also drain the water correctly. Ran a spin cycle and found the shock, absorbers loose, made adjustments and tightened the shock absorbers. Cleaned the water valve line off due to some build up on the lines. Found that the washer has a bad smell to it and large amounts of suds in the unit. Advise the customer to run some olive oil in the unit to help clean out the sides and to start using cleaning tablets once a week until the smell is gone."

"Inspected the unit and found the unit not heating and the turntable motor also faulty. Found that all the door switches were working correctly but the unit was still not heating. The unit would need a magnetron and a turntable motor. Also, the inside of the liner is starting to fade, which will cause health concerns. The unit is 20 years old and located in the kitchen."
