"Customers concern is that after he washes clothes, hes noticing water in the bottom of the pullout pedestal drawer. I Inspected the washer and introduced water into the tub and then drained the water. I did not see any water inside of the pedestal drawer underneath. I was pulling the washer out to look behind and also to take the top cover off, and I noticed that the hot water line connected to the back of the washer had a leak and the water was dripping down the back of the washer and into the bottom drawer. Showed the homeowner and explained to him that hoses are not covered under any type of warranty. That is an add-on part that he would need to replace himself."

I removed the drain pump assembly, opened up the filter area and found a bunch of hair and wood and other materials that were blocking the drain pump from actually draining all the water out properly. "Checked out the unit and found that the temperatures in the refrigerator were around 38? and the customer has it set for 34?. Also found small amounts of frost on the inside of the freezer which appears to be coming from the refrigerator. Also, that therefrigerator fan is not spinning when we arrive to the home. Reset and recalibrated the control board and the control fans. Advise customer to give it a couple hours for the unit to kick in. And to let us know if the temperature is continue to rise. Checks OK"
