Customer provided a video about humming noise. Per the video appears to be coming from the compressor, which is very normal for a new compressor in the refrigerator. Per the manufacturer, the first 9 to 12 months of the life of the unit you can have some varying sounds come from the compressor and cooling fans. Manufacturers consider this to be normal as the unit is starting to adjust to temperatures and functionality. All components are functioning properly."

Arrived and inspected unit found at the front left corner of the frame was significantly bent and damaged. This was causing the belt to be extremely tight and causing the motor to overheat and shut down. Frame cannot be straightened. Replacing the motor will not change anything the issue is due to the physical damage.
