Water valve needs to be replaced, but upon further inspection when I lifted up the bottom of the washer, I noticed gear oil all over the entire bottom of the unit all over the drain pump the gear case itself all the electronic components. The unit needs a lot of replacement parts. I dont deem it to be repairable, calling homebuyers with my findings."

Inspected unit and was able to get the unit to run a rinse and spin cycle and a quick wash cycle with cold water. All checks are good at this time. I did however see an excess amount of suds left after running my 2 tests cycles. These excess suds can at times make there way up the pressure tube to the control board and cause faults to occur as the unit thinks its full of water and wont allow unit to operate correctly. My suggestion is to monitor laundry soap usage. All HE detergents only need a maximum of 1 oz to wash a full load of clothes.

Inspected the unit and found the unit not coming out of a spin cycle and the door was also locked. Reset the unit and was able to get the door lock unlocked. Ran a recalibration cycle and recalibrated the unit. The unit then continued to spin in all three settings. All checks good.
