Inspected the unit and found an issue with the float sensor. Advised customer to unplug to reboot the system. Run a couple cleaning cycles to get detergent residue out of the way of the float sensor. And then to use as normal. Ran a test cycle. Everything functioning as it should while I was there.

Inspected the unit and found an error code for a clogged vent. Inspected vent from ground as it was on the roof. And could see a large amount of lint at the opening. Advised customer to have the vents cleaned out professionally to resolve the issue. All else checks OK

"Inspect the unit and found no lights working in the refrigerator or freezer. Tried replacing the freezer lights and had no effect the lights would still not work. Customer had also stated that the icemaker and dispenser was not working. Ran a diagnostics and could not get the water valve or icemaker to respond. The unit would need a control board, and LED board and a possible dispenser pedal. Customer did not want to put the money into the unit."

Inspected the unit and found no power at the outlet. The breaker box was not completely labeled so customer started flipping breakers to make sure there is no breaker that was tripped. After going through all the breakers still found no power at the outlet. Advise the customer to talk to an electrician to resolve the issue.
