"Inspected the unit and found it not heating. Removed the back plate and found a large amount of lint buildup. Cleared lint and found a shorted wiring for the heating element and thermal fuse attached to it had failed. Provided estimate and they approved. Cleared lint and greased drum support, replaced fuse from extra stock and repaired heating element wiring. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle. Unit is heating properly."
