Checked unit over and found that the wire is going to the terminal block were melted. Repaired wires and tested unit. Unit still would not heat up. The control board was shorted out also wires that control were damaged. Spoke with American home shield and they're putting the unit into options.

Inspected the unit and found it would randomly indicate the filter not being attached on the top portion of the unit. Filter case and assembly installed properly. Ran a test cycle and the compressor would not activate. Unable to get into diagnostics for further testing. Customer has a possible software failure.

"Inspected the unit and found a faulty infinite switch for the front right burner. Replaced infinite switch from extra stock. Ran a test cycle on the unit is now heating properly. Advised the customer of the front right burner does put off a higher BTU level, which means it gets hotter, faster than other burners and recommend Any setting above six or seven to be used for like boiling water because of how hot it gets. All components functioning properly."
