"Checked unit over found unit would not power on and when I would turn the drum by hand, it was dragging remove control panel and found that the control board in the noise filter board were completely burnt up and black. The clutch is dragging and caused a surge that shorted out the controls. Unit needs new control board and filter board. "Checked unit over, found that the unit was not running through a cycle quickly, and the dry time was taking exceptionally long. Found that this unit had a massive amount of lint buildup down inside of it and all down through the venting. Unit also had an error code For a week compressor and low output. This unit will need a compressor and a complete clean out. Washer and dryer model requires locking to install the compressor and that is not something we do. I informed the customer they will need to reach out to LG to have them come out and do this repair"
