"Inspected the unit and found the heater set correctly. Found the thermistor reading in the correct range. Performed an air quality test and received poor airflow to the exterior. Air quality test is performed by cutting up small pieces of paper towel and placing them in the blower housing wheel and running the unit for five minutes. If the unit has good airflow, we should find no paper towel remaining in the blower section. After the five minute cycle found all the paper towel still in the blower section indicating poor air quality to the exterior of the home. also found lint buildup inside the blower wheel indicating a blockage in the vent line. Advise the customer to have maintenance or an HVAC company come out and clean the dryer vent to prevent further issues. All other checks OK"

Checked out the unit and found the water pressure coming out of the dispenser was taking about 40 seconds to fill a cup of water. Check the water pressure coming out of the house and it was taking about 20 seconds to fill a cup of water. The ice cubes are also very small which indicates very low water pressure. Emptied the water filter and reinstalled it and then ran a test and the unit had a very hard time dispensing water out of it. Advise the customer to reach out to Frigidaire to get a new filter to see if that would resolve the issue. Check OK

Inspected unit and found the unit dry underneath. Took front panel off and found no evidence of leaks. Had unit fill completely full and start agitating. Had unit drain out and found the drain line starting to pop out of the stand pipe and spray water when drain. Put drain line back into stand pipe and started draining unit again. Unit drained with no leaks. Advised customer to make some changes to drain line set up into stand pipe. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found the unit would jump 4 hours ahead randomly. Unit would keep time after that but did not stay on proper time. Found multiple codes for miscommunication errors between the user interface and the main control board. Discussed with customer the things I did to try to keep the time but the unit may need a user interface. Gave customer quote for user interface. Customer to call back if they want repair done.

Inspected unit and found the unit reading high temps. Plugged newfi device into unit and found all components starting and running properly. Customer had cleaned behind unit and was concerned about green liquid dripped into tray at the back. Pulled freezer evaporator cover off and found basically no frost pattern. Discussed with customer about a sealed system leak and the repair costs and issues that unit could have. Customer to call back if they want unit repaired.

"Inspected the unit and found the gearcase shaft with a minor crack and causing the gear case to leak. Running a spin a cycle you can hear a loud abnormal noise from the bearings. Inspected the underside of the unit and found grease had leaked over the motor, belt and pulley, drain pump and the underside components. While in diagnostics and running my test cycle diagnostics kept shutting itself down. Not a recommended repair.
