Purged the line and cleaned the filter and reattached the hose. Unit is now getting good water pressure to the hose. Found the shut off valve leaking while opening and closing, located at the wall behind the washing machine. Advised the customer to have a plumber come out and replace the shut off valve and to investigate the buildup in the cold water line most likely caused by their water softener. All checks ok."

Cleared all error codes and ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit completed each cycle. Checked underneath the unit for any damage done to the wires which would allow it to continue to fill. Found no issues underneath the unit and then ran a recalibration cycle as well. After running multiple test found no error codes stored in the unit. "SR#7741860375Arrived and found that the hoses and drain hose at all been removed. That cover had been removed along with the top cover. Customer said this unit had been dropped by the movers and now is throwing multiple codes. I did evaluate the unit and from what I could tell if it needs a minimum of a pressure and a control board, I do not know what other physical damage has happened due to this being dropped. Due to the unit being taken apart and dropped Warranty will not continue with any repairs."

Customer was complaining about an F9E one code. This is a failure to drain error. Checked it over and the drain pump was working with no issues. I did find that the Extension line installed by the plumbers at the end where it hooked to the garbage disposal had a step down tube inside of it. This was getting plugged up and keeping the unit from draining properly. I instructed the customer that that drain line need to be replaced with a proper drain line in order for this to function well.
