"Customer advised the unit will intermittently power off and sometimes not power on for several hours or days. Remove the top panel on inspected the terminal box connections, and they were all connected properly. Removed the front panel and found two wire harnesses loose to the display. Resecured harnesses and ran a test cycle while shaking the harnesses and it did not power off. Also found lint buildup on the front of the door of the dryer. Pulled the dryer away from the Wall to allow better airflow. Advise the customer if the unit is not getting good airflow it cant overheat and shut down for several hours until it cools down. Advise to customer they can run the unit about to monitor if the issue returns and try to get a video. All other checks OK"

"Inspected unit hooked up my diagnostic tool to the washer. I found that there was a mode shifter error code, and also some auto balance error codes. I tested the mode shifter and the mode shifter were not allowed the unit to go into an agitate mode.
