"Inspected unit found that the unit was not draining properly and throwing an SD code which normally relates to oversight, but is also related to issues with the drain filter because of a slow drain. I removed the drain pump assembly, opened up the filter area and found a bunch of hair and wood and other materials that were blocking the drain pump from actually draining all the water out properly. Clean this area out showed the customer how to check this every so often to avoid this issue again fill the unit with water and drained it water drain really fast and immediately out of the unit with no issues "

"Inspected the unit and found that the main control has a possible glitch. The customer had another company come out and install an igniter company said that the igniter was working, but then when they tried the oven, the oven never made it past 100? first thing I did was check the unit. Make sure that the igniter was connected correctly, which it was try the ignite the oven still not igniting so I thought the igniter was bad. Replaced it with an igniter that I had on my truck. Still oven would not light. The broiler portion would light under the electric, but nothing on the gas cooktop is working, which is gas so Im ordering main control user interface, sparking module, and another igniter. "Checked out the unit and customer stated it was throwning an F6 E2 error code which is a miscommunication between the boards. Went to diagnostics and ran a recalibration cycle along with a system test. The unit completed both test with no issues. Remove the control panel and cleaned off the back of the display where corrosion would build up on the connectors.I ran another test cycle and again found no issues. Advise the customer that if they issue returns, they would be looking at a display and control board."

"Checked out the unit and found an F7 E7 error code, which would not allow the basket to spin up to speed. Put the unit through diagnostics and the unit would not go through an agitate or spin cycle. And would not shift properly. Check the shifter and found no issues with the shifter. Advised customer they would be looking at a rotor and stater along with a clutch and gave them an estimate. They did not want to proceed further checks OK"

Customer stated her old dryer was doing the same thing where it was taking multiple cycles to drive the clothes. Advised the customer to have her vents clean to make sure she is getting good airflow due to the old dryer doing the same thing. Checks OK

Tried running a cycle and canceling it into a drain cycle and the unit would not drain. Advised customer of the cost, and they did not want to proceed further due to the age of the unit."
