Inspected the unit and found the capacitor and motor making a loud grinding noise and not consistently running. Tried to reset the board and it would not respond when it entered diagnostics mode. Ordering parts.; rqstng P&A on 1 MVWC565FW2 (Cam kit) and 1 W11428524 (Capacitor) and 1 W10913953 (Actuator) and 1 W10677717 (Motor) and 1 W11399433 (Control)

Checked unit over found that unit had lint stuck in the blower wheel. Keeping the unit from turning. Cleared out buildup and tested unit. Dryer is running in. Sounds good. That run for several minutes and tested again unit checks OK

Checked unit over found with unit had a broken belt and that the rollers and the tension idler were very stiff. Replaced broken belt and greased all the rollers and the idler. Cleaned out massive amount of lint build up inside the dryer tested unit checks OK. Instructed that the customer replace the exterior vent. ; used 1 LB1655 (BELT) from stock
