"Checked out the unit and customer stated that the rinse aid was just pouring out of the dispenser. Cleaned the gasket around the rinse aid and made sure it was closing properly. Filled the dispenser up and cleaned up all of the residue. After checking, multiple times found very little rinse aid coming out of the dispenser. Wiped it up and checked again, and the residue that is coming off of the dispenser is due to it being overfilled. Customer also had a complaint that the dishes were not drying properly and that was because they were not using the rinse aid since it was just leaking out. No parts would need to be replaced at this time. Called and informed the warranty company Auth #6736-4661-1915"

"Checked out the unit and customer stated that they thought it was leaking from the front right corner. Ran multiple test cycles and found no leaking water. The way the unit is mounted is in a tight fit and the mounting screws. If not closed properly could be keeping the door open. Ran another test cycle, check, OK"

"Checked out the unit and found that the cubed light for the front display would not work, but would still dispense, cubed ice. All of the other buttons worked on the front display. Besides the cubed. Advise the customer of the cost for a new display and they said they will wait till it fully goes out. Tried resetting the board, but had no success. Checks OK."

Leak checked unit. Unit held steady when pressurized with nitrogen. Put refrigerant in unit and everything started properly. Informed customer unit may take 24-48 hours to drop to properly temps. All checks ok.
