"Inspected the freezer gasket and found that on the left-hand side top the gasket was pulled away from the frame of the freezer. I did notice there was a lot of frost and ice buildup along the bottom in that side. I cleaned out the ice removed. The gasket brought it outside to let it warm up. They become more pliable and reinstalled the gasket. I did notice that it looks like that there is a little resistance when closing the door, so I informed the customer to be a little bit more careful when closing the door to make sure that the door seals all the way. Due to the constant use of this drawer in the age of the unit I informed the customer that this is a normal wear and tear situation but if the problem continues and what I did today does not fix it then we can order some new sliders for the drawer and also order a new gasket"

"Checked out the unit and found some debris stuck in the drain pump, cleared the debris out of the drain pump and noticed the unit is in very rough shape, and it sounds like the bearings in the rear of the tub are going out along with some of the main supports. Washer is located upstairs and is approximately 12 to 13 years old. Unit also had a hard time starting a cycle, but after running a test cycle operated correctly. Checks OK"
