"Checked unit over, found that the customer said the unit had leaked a massive amount of water during the time when it was at or below 0? outside. I filled the washer completely with water and drained it 3 to 4 times and the unit did not leak any water anywhere. Also, let it run and agitate for a couple minutes still no leaks. I informed the customer that during the time it was cold, most likely something had frozen and overflowed the standby."
