Inspected the unit and found after opening the door and then closing the freezer door is creating a vacuum and making it very difficult to open the freezer door. Made adjustments to the door gasket and heated it up to help the door seal properly and not seal too tight. Check OK

"Inspected the unit and customer had an L1 error code along with a 51 error code. Removed the front panel and found the connector going to the lid. Lock was not plugged all the way up. And when plugging the unit back up, found the lid lock engaging, made adjustments to the wiring harness, so it was not being pulled on. Advised the customer to run a few test cycles and let us know if the issue returns."
