"Inspected the unit and found it throwning an H2O error code. Start a test cycle and the unit was filling with water and would only throw the error code when running a normal or other cycle. If you ran the express cycle, the unit would not throw the error code. Remove the pressure sensor and found the unitclogged with debris. Disassembled the pressure sensor and cleaned it out. Checked unit over found the unit would not drain. Attempted to disassemble the unit clear on the drain pump. Drain pump was completely burnt up. Also could not pull any water through the drain line. Unit needs a new drain line and new drain pump. Drain line is completely plugged up with debris. This is what has caused the drain pump to burn up. Spoke with American home shield and due to the blockage in the drain line they do not consider this normal wear and tear.

"Inspected the unit and found that the unit was getting poor water pressure, and the hot water valve was also turned off. Disconnected her waterlines and dispensed water into the tub and found a large amount of sediment and dirty water coming out of the hot and cold water valve. Customer had stated that there was a water break that happenedand then the issue started to occur. Remove the screens out of the water valve and clean them out. Hook the unit back up and tested the water valves and both water valves were working correctly. Put the unit into diagnostics and found when it was going through a spinning agitate that there was a squealing coming from the bottom of the unit. Found what look like a dryer sheet stuck inside the drive motor. Pulled the dryer sheet out and ran another test cycle. Checks OK."
