Inspected unit and found the unit not cooling properly in the refrigerator section. Found the evaporator cover with ice build up in the air flow holes and the fan not running. Compressor ran and didnt have any issues. Freezer cooling properly. Discussed with customer potential issues but explained that I need to be able to remove the back evaporator cover to test certain components. Customer to defrost fridge and be rescheduled.

Checked unit over found that the unit had blown fuse. Unit ran less then 10 seconds sparked and blew. Wave guide is damaged and this unit is not repairable due to parts being not replaceable.

Replaced shorted heating element. Checks OK; used 1 279838 (ELEMENT) from stock

SR#7741473156. Checked unit over found that unit had a shorted control board and was not heating up properly. This unit has no model and serial anywhere. Customer also could not locate information on unit. I reached out to third-party and provided information. All pictures are attached.

Unit has cracked and broken door hinge. Part is NLA. Spoke with warranty company gave them info.

Checked unit over and found that unit was not draining and would not spin removed front panel and found that there was all sorts of stuffing inside and around the washer. Also found several socks and debris. Drain pump and drain line were completely plugged up. Cleared out drain pump and drain line. Also had to clear out stuffing wrapped around belts and pulleys. Cleared unit out tested checks OK

Installed new wiring harness put unit back together had a couple issues but figured out that there was an issue with the rubber pads behind the user interface so I reverse those got it to work. Everything is working as it should at this point.

Installed defrost timer in refrigerator is now operational. Please allow 6 to 8 hours for fridge to get up to full temperature before putting in any food

"Inspected the dishwasher. Customer was saying that it was not working. It was not going through the cycles. I did start a short cycle. Unit was kicking on was introducing water. Arms were moving around. Drain pump was working, but it was working sporadically. Upon further inspection, I pulled out the filter and inside of the drain pump chamber with the filter goes. There was a lot of debris toothpicks toothpick plastic covers, and also some pieces of steel wool that had somehow made it in there as well as some glass and was blocking the water from going out into the drain line. I removed these items tested the drain pump all the water drained out as it should. I also showed the customer the items that I found and I also showed her that the unit is going through the different cycles. You just have to turn the unit on and push the button which is like an arrow to get it to this particular cycle that you want to use. I also did inform the customer that it is important to turn the hot water faucet on at the sink and let the water get hot before starting the dishwasher because she was saying that the dishes were not getting clean, hot water, activates dawn, dish soap, and other soaps to get a proper clean. I also explained the importance of using rinse aid to help in the rinsing in the drying cycles and its also helps with performance in the cleaning cycle as well. I also explained to her the importance of cleaning out the filter itself, making sure that there is no debris in there and that you use a toothbrush or some kind of brush to scrub off the micromesh so that way there is no blockage in your draining. Dishwasher is operating correctly, but if these steps that I had mentioned or not followed, it will affect your cleaning ability for the dishwasher."

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of ice in the freezer section not allowing the units cool properly. Customer will need to put the unit through a 24 hour defrost to ensure all ice everywhere has been cleared from all passages.

Checked out the unit and put it into diagnostics and put it into a spin cycle and the unit was spinning and balancing correctly. Made adjustments to the suspension rods to make sure it was bouncing properly. Ran another test cycle and the unit was balancing correctly. Advise the customer to make sure when they're running loads to make sure that when washing baby clothes they arent washing any large items with it due to it having a hard time balancing. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found that the icemaker had ice in it but the cubes on one side of the icemaker were very small. Installed a new icemaker and advise the customer to give it 24 to 48 hours before it starts making consistent ice. Checks OK; used 1 243297608 (ICEMAKER) from stock

"Check out the unit and found that the back of the filter head line was partially kinked and some ice buildup, not allowing the water flow. Made adjustments to the line and also replaced the filter due to the old one being bad. Called and informed warranty. Checks OK"

"Checked out the unit and found the unit not heating, but when starting a test cycle after about 5 to 10 seconds heard several shorting out noises coming from the magnetron. You could see from the inside of the cabinet that it was shorting out on the back of the cabinet of the microwave. Unit will need to be replaced. Unit is approximately 10 years old and located in the kitchen. Called and informed the warranty company."

Checked out the unit and found a large amount of ice and frost buildup around the fan not allowing the fan to blow the cold air up throughout the unit. The temperatures in the freezer were sitting around 30?. Remove the evaporator cover and found more ice buildup down around the evaporator. Steamed out a lot of the ice around the fan. Advise the customer tocompletely defrost the unit for 48 hours due to the amount of frost and ice buildup. After the 24 hours the customer to plug it back up and keep an eye on the temperatures. Checks OK

Opened and closed the deli drawer several times trying to get it to replicate the issues and found no issues. Advised customer that if this issue returns, take some pictures and notify the warranty company. Checks OK"

Checked out the unit and found when trying to start a cycle. The unit still indicating the doors open. Checked out the door and found that the liner for the outer part of the dishwasher was getting caught in the door and not allowing it to close fully. Made adjustments to the seal and ran to test cycles. Check OK

Check out the unit and found pour water flow coming out of the dispenser and no water getting to the icemaker. Put a new water filter in it and still poor water flow. Check the water coming into the back of the unit and the customer had installed a connector due to the line leaking. And found when taking the connector apart and connecting the waterline together. We had better water flow. Advise customer to have a plumber look at the waterline at the back of the refrigerator. Checked OK

Checked out the unit and customer stated that the water level was at the top of the basket and didnt appear to be stopping. Drain the water out of the unit and put the unit into diagnostics and checked for any error codes. Found no error codes and ran a automatic test along with the recalibration cycle. Both cycles ran through and completed the test.made sure the agitator and the basket were in good shape. Advise the customer to watch it over the next couple of cycles and if it continues to overfill that she would be looking at a control board. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and customer stated that the water level was too low. Put the unit into diagnostics and found no error codes. Also ran a diagnostics and found the unit filling with water and operating as normal. Removed the waterlines off the back to make sure the waterline filters were not plugged up. Ran a second test cycle and the unit filled up to the correct level. Advised the customer different features on the unit and which cycles to run. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found some ice buildup on the back right corner of the freezer. The unit was cooling in the freezer and the refrigerator but the freezer was completely packed full of food not allowing the freezer to breathe properly. Advise the customer to get a cooler and remove some of the food out of the freezer to help it cool properly. All checks good.
