"Inspected unit and found a couple fault codes. One of them was a critical compressor error, compressor overheating that was due to the conditions of the lint trap buildup of excess lint. I informed the customer of the proper maintenance to do on this unit also sent her a video of the step-by-step procedures and how to do the proper maintenance on this unit. I also cleaned out the drain pump. There was some debris in the drain pump cleared that out cleared the fault codes and tested the heat pump system heat pump system is operating correctly at this time. Recommendation is to clean this unit thoroughly run more clothes through it and continue to maintain it monthly to every other month on the lint trap cleaning the actual lint trap should be cleaned every time that it is used the excess deep cleaning should be done monthly or every other month."

"Upon arrival, customer states that the basket is banging around during spin. Tested the suspension. Suspension passes all tests and found that the suspension was just replaced within a year. Ran unit through a spin test with around 8 to 10 towels. Unit is functioning as it should from factory. Informed the customer that the suspension system is susceptible to off-balance loads and to ensure a balanced load. All checks OK"
