Checked the back of the terminal block and found that the red hot wire going to the terminal block had burned out due to the power cord not being installed properly and being loose causing an arc when the unit is running. Inspected unit and found the ice maker making ice but unit not dispensing. Auger motor would hum but nothing coming out. Found ice bin completely frozen up. Defrosted ice bin and made sure auger would work as well as the blades would spin. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found the unit prompting customer to run clean washer cycle. Customer had accidentally started the clean washer cycle with a load in the unit due to this prompt. This caused the unit to throw f0e7 code. Ran diagnostic cycle and unit started properly. Explained what the error code was and what to do. Customer started clean washer cycle with affresh before I left to clear prompt and run unit. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found the unit not draining properly. Found the drain pump would kick on and hum but not draining well. Took drain hose off of the unit and found the water trying to drain but not coming through. Water would also not come through with my shop vac. Informed customer drain hose would need cleared or replaced. Gave customer quote for drain hose. Customer wants time to think about repair.

Loud squealing noise was coming from the drum and it would not allow to spin. The rear bearings in the drum have failed.
