When unit is spinning the right front suspension rod is moving excessively. With an empty tub the unit doesnt go out of balance and the suspension doesnt rebound excessively. They need to do bigger loads with like size items."

"Customer states that unit is showing error 65. This is actually error bS. This is an error for a shorted drive board. They also have issues with the lid switch not locking. Reset the main control by unplugging. Powered unit back up and ran spin only to test. When running cycle the control began flash ER bS again. Unit needs the drive board. Lid lock is intermittently shorting out causing locking issues. Replaced drive board and lid lock. Ran unit to test. No more error codes and unit operates as it should. Photos of model tag, error code, old part, and old part tag are saved to ticket."

"Customer states that the unit is leaking from the door area near the left. Doesnt always leak. Inspected wash arm and door gasket. Both are in good shape. Door sweep is slightly deformed on the right side but not leaking. Ran unit to check for leaks. Leak is coming from the vent fan. Tightened vent cover. Leak appears to have stopped. If leak reoccurs, the unit will need the door vent seal."

Customers concern is that the unit is beeping and saying its preheated before it gets to 350?. Ran a test cycle and found the top burners functioning properly and found the unit beeping about 7 minutes into the cycle. This unit is beeping not to say it has been truly preheated but that the unit is hot enough typically above 200? to put items in the oven. I advised the customer a true preheat requires 20 minutes to allow the air and the inner liner to be at the same temperature. The beeping is not for a true preheat as they would normally expect.

"Spoke with customer concerning issue and reviewed video. The unit is making about halfway through a cycle and seems to just freeze up and get stuck in the cycle. Customer left the unit run for about 3 to 4 hours and it would not get out of the agitate cycle. Called Assurant and advised of the issues. Assurant did not want to try and reorder the boards again, they are replacing the unit and will contact the customer."
