"Checked out the unit and found that the freezer section was not cooling properly and the temperatures inside the freezer or sitting around 30 to 35?. The fan on the inside of the freezer was operating correctly and door was sealing properly. The fresh food section was also cooling at the correct temperature, but the freezer would not maintain or hold lower temperatures which indicates a sealed system blockage in the lines. The unit would need a sealed system repairto resolve the issue. The customer is going to reach out to the company they purchased it from to look for a replacement due to it being less than three weeks old."
