"Inspected the unit and found a BE error code. Error code for possible non-level unit, foreign object down by the turbidity sensor, or oversizes. Provided information to the customer regarding detergent, usage and recommended using detergent that does not have dawn dish in it as the customer is currently using. Found the unit level. Found foreign object down in the filter area. Removed object and ran a test cycle. Error code still displayed. Found the evaporator coil completely iced over. Defrost cycle not operating properly. Steamed ice off of evaporator put system in forced defrost. Defrost heater is working properly.
