Customer purchased the unit at the beginning of the year and immediately noticed the top rack in the upper oven kept getting stuck and you could not pull the rack out. Issue gets worse if the unit is preheated. Customer had unit replaced by GE a few weeks ago and they are having the same issue. Photos and video taken of issue. Once the top rack in the top oven is pushed all the way in for the door to close it takes several strong pulls in order to slide the rack forward resulting in scratches to the linear and rack. "Customer states that door wont latch, and unit wont drain. Takes several cancel cycle selections to get all the water. Inspected unit and found the door latch rolled over and stuck open. Realigned latch and it is operating correctly. Unit isnt draining because the pump is weak and stalling out. When inspecting the drain pump the tech found the right side door cable broken. Unit needs drain pump and door cables. Installed drain pump and ran to test. Unit is draining as it should. Please order cables and reschedule. ; ordrng 2 4933DD3001B (Door cable)s"

Customers complaint was that when it was on sensor dry it would not get the clothes completely dry. I noticed that the customer was doing small loads. Tricking the sensor into thinking that the clothes were dry due to the clothes not engaging with the sensor. Cleaned the sensor off to ensure proper operation. Advised the customer to only use time to dry to bypass the sensor. All checks OK
