"Customer said unit was working and then tripped the breaker and when she reset the breaker the unit would not come off. Disassembled and found that the wires in the junction box had melted. Installed new wire nuts, and I was able to get the unit to power on unit ran for a couple minutes and then started smoking and shut down. Unit is completely dead. Unit needs control board and user interface along with wire harness. There is no way to know if this has other failures. Spoke with homebuyers and they're putting the unit into option."

"Inspected the unit and found a large amount of water at the bottom of the dishwasher. Cleaned up all the water and ran a test cycle and found no leaks coming from the water valve drain line or the wash motor. Found that the drain line did not have a high loop in it, and the water was draining from the sink into the dishwasher. Ran a second cycle and again found no leaks. Checks OK."
